Delivery
Fulfillment of delivery obligations does not apply if we ourselves do
not receive the product in time, or if the product becomes unavailable.
In the event a product is not available, we will inform you immediately
and will credit your account if necessary. Depending upon a product’s
availability, we will deliver within one week after receipt of payment.
Shipping within Germany
We will ship to Germany via a courier or mail. Your shipping charge
will be € 4, 95 per purchase for delivery. If a purchase
has more than one shipping address, the charge is per address.
For purchases exceeding € 300,00 shipping is free.
For cash on delivery the parcel will be charged with an additional
fee of 2,00 Euro by the Deutsche Post. Any returns
will be arranged through a courier and are also free of charge.
Shipping to other countries in the EU
For gold-and silver articles the shipping charge within the EU will be
4,95 €, for all other articles 9,95 €.
For purchases exceeding € 300,00 shipping is free in any case.
Additional costs for custom duties or cash on delivery are possible.
For orders from outside Germany we can not offer free returns.
Exception: For purchases of gold an silver articles exceeding 300,00 €
returns will be free.
Returns by mail have to be insured and in this case all expenses will be refunded.
If shipment is not possible with the local services (DHL, UPS, etc.) for any reasons
we will contact you and try to arrange individual solutions.
Shipping outside the EU
For shipment to Australia, Canada, Russia, Japan and USA we request
individual authorization of the shipping charge via phone, fax or email.
For purchases exceeding € 300,00 shipping is free.
For exports outside the EU 19% VAT will be reduced. Additional taxes and/or
